This is from a photoshoot that I call the Cocoon Series. Because the original idea was for this very image here.
The first picture is a before photo. Me, wrapping myself up in a cocoon, hiding my face, wrapped in shadows, hoping to emerge a beautiful butterfly.
The second picture is the emergence from the cocoon. The breaking away from the ugliness. Showing my face and looking at peace.
