Artist's Comments

The Forget-Me-Nots we planted in memory of Sasha continue to bloom. I'm glad they are thriving, but saddened each time I gaze at them and remember what they stand for.

This shot was taken with my new camera lens. I have to admit I'm still getting the hang of it, but hopefully I'll unlock it's full potential soon enough. I changed the hues a bit in photoshop.

trick is to try and remember all the good times you had together with Sasha. Celebrate her life rather then mourn her death, though that is really hard to do.

True true. It's part of why I planted the plants in the first place. To remind me of life. *Enters the song from The Lion King about the Circle of Life*

A very nice tribute for Sasha.

Macro shots are very good to practice your new lens on.
