Now be nice. This is my first real attempt at a deviation in over 3 weeks. In fact this would be the first time I've opened photoshop in quite a while. So I see some things that need work... Maybe I'll redo this sometime in the future. I disabled comments just to avoid trouble since I've been getting a lot of crap from a lot of people.

This was inspired by the song "Brace Yourself" by Howie Day.
The first lines are "So you think/ You can hold the world up by a string/ With all that you have/ And I would hold/ Every part of you that I could hold..."

This goes well with the way my life has been lately. I thought I was holding the world in my hands. I thought I had it all. And then I watched it crumble right before me and I was helpless to stop it. I could only watch it.

Parts of this look dark and sad. And other parts of this are hopeful and bright. Which is why I wasn't sure what category to put this in because it depicts fantasy and pain. In a way, losing it all is a curse and in a way it's also a blessing and a way to start over.
